The mission of the Minority Capital Fund of Mississippi Inc., is to provide non-traditional financing and technical assistance to minority and women-owned businesses located in Mississippi. The purpose of this program is to help bridge the gap between majority-owned businesses and minority-owned businesses; and to ensure that minority-owned businesses are afforded the same opportunities for success as their majority-owned counterparts.
