Homebuyer Assistance

The Home Investment Partnerships Grant (HOME) Program for Homebuyer Assistance Projects provides assistance to credit worthy families that are purchasing a home. Funding for this program is allocated to the Mississippi Home Corporation through the Home Loan Plus Program as well as Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs). Program Facts

Home ownership is the goal of the Home Investment Partnership Program (for Homebuyer Assistance Projects). The program is available to families, as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, that have total household gross income at or below 80% of the area medium income. HOME funds are used for down payment and closing cost assistance.
